Privacy notice

DRec, a business based in Veracruz - Boca del Río, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

What data do we collect?

Name, email address, and, if you provide it, WhatsApp number, through our contact form. If in the future you use our customer portal, we may also receive file listings or data samples you share with us for diagnostic purposes.

What do we use your data for?

To respond to your service request, follow up with you, and, where applicable, provide the data recovery service you requested. We do not share or sell your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

You can access, rectify, cancel, or object to the use of your personal data by writing to contacto@drec.com.mx.

Terms of service

By requesting our service, you agree to the following terms.

Scope of service

We offer logical data recovery only. We do not offer physical device repair, general computer support, or hardware repair.

No guarantee of results

We cannot guarantee the outcome of a recovery before running a diagnostic. Billing terms are clearly explained in your quote before any work begins.

Handling of your device

We handle your device and files with confidentiality and return it to you along with the recovered files once the service is complete.
